Make sure you give plenty of delivery time for your gift to be delivered for your special someone or occasion! FLOWERS AND DESSERT CAKES ARE SHIPPED NEXT DAY (1 BUSINESS DAY) ONLY.
If your order is placed before 2:00 pm EST on a Business Day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, see 2007 holiday shipping schedul below) we ship the same day 99.9% of the time.

When you order, please be sure to choose the shipping option that will ensure your gift arrives closest to your choice of delivery (delivery on weekends not included). We do not ship to APO or to PO Boxes or outside the United States.

Shipping and Delivery

Giftbasketvault.com, in conjunction with our carriers, are not obligated to telephone recipients prior to delivering packages, and we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. We are not responsible for products delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender. Nor will we be responsible for unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender, decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, a re-route requested by the sender, or product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient. We do not allow orders to be edited or cancelled within one business day of the requested delivery date, or within the three (3) business days prior to Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter or Mother's Day, because of our extremely high volume of orders during these times.
