NEXT DAY (1 BUSINESS DAY) ONLY.
If your order is placed before 2:00
pm EST on a Business Day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) we
ship the same day 99.9% of the time.
When you order, please be sure to choose the shipping
option that will ensure your gift arrives closest to your choice of delivery
(delivery on weekends not included). We do not ship to APO or to PO Boxes
at this time. Some gift baskets are shipped flat rate to Canada. PLEASE DO NOT
SHIP A GIFT TO A HOSPITAL OR REHABILITATION CENTER, UNLESS YOU KNOW THAT THE
PERSON WILL BE THERE FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME.
Non Holiday Shipping
Next Day
- If you order before the shipping cutoff and request delivery within the
continental United States, your gift should arrive on the next business
day. (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Second Day
- If you order before the shipping cutoff and request delivery within the
continental United States, your gift should arrive on the second business
day. (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Express Saver
- If you order before the shipping cutoff and request delivery within the
continental United States, your gift should arrive within 3 business days.
(Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Freight Saver - If you order
before the shipping cutoff and request delivery within the continental United
States, your gift should arrive within 5 business days. (Monday
through Friday, excluding holidays).
Ground to Canada
- If you order before the shipping cutoff for those gifts marked for shipping
to Canada only, your gift should arrive within 1 to 10 business days. (Monday
through Friday, excluding holidays).
Express to Canada
- If you order before the shipping cutoff for those gifts marked for shipping
to Canada only, your gift should arrive within 1 to 5 business days. (Monday
through Friday, excluding holidays).

algorithim that shops rates and shipping methods from FedEx, UPS and USPS.
This keeps our costs low so we don't have to raise shipping rates even though
most carriers are forced to increase prices due to higher fuel costs. For
Express Saver and Freight Saver we will ship using the least expensive method
or carrier that still ensures a timely delivery according to the options
above, (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). We can only
guarantee arrival on an exact delivery if you choose Next Business Day or
Second Business Day options and place your order by cut-off time (Monday
through Friday, excluding holidays and EXCLUDING EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS
(due to the fact that these gifts arrive to the delivery area by air and
ground).
Shipping and Delivery
Giftbasketvault.com, in
conjunction with our carriers, are not obligated to telephone recipients prior
to delivering packages, and we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. We are
not responsible for products delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the
sender. Nor will we be responsible for unsuccessful deliveries arising from
the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by
the sender, decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address
supplied by the sender, a re-route requested by the sender, or product quality
problems caused by improper handling by the recipient. We do not
allow orders to be edited or cancelled within one business
day of the requested delivery date, or within the three (3) business days
prior to Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter or Mother's Day,
because of our extremely high volume of orders during these times.
